Refund policy
Returns
Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note:
We do not offer refunds for purchases where the customer did not read the full product description. All relevant details are clearly provided in each product listing. By completing your order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the item description.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted, including (but not limited to):

Any item not in its original condition

Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error

Any return requested more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if approved)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days. Please note that processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Missing or Delayed Refunds

Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email healercom.unity@gmail.com and send your item to:

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee we will receive returned items without tracking.
