There is a reason the word lunatic was born from Luna. Long before science tried to explain it away, the Moon was already understood as a living rhythm — one that moves the tides, the waters of the Earth, and the unseen waters within us.

The Wolf Moon, the first Full Moon of the year, carries an especially primal medicine. It speaks of self-honesty, inner resilience, and standing in one’s truth. Like the wolf, it asks us to take stock — to listen to our instincts, honour our survival, and remember who we are when the noise falls away.

This Moon doesn’t ask you to change.
It simply asks you to see.
